Dear Sharlene:

Thanks for your support. Wonderful to hear from you. Yes, please
upload this to your website, share it with your members, and with the
victimized families we have all come to love, even in absentia, and use
it in any other way you find helpful.
We've been getting responses all day at the rate of
about 1 every two minutes! Fantastic. Thanks again.

We can amend the complaint later with additional causes of action, but one
person's expression of terror suggests an additional one: National terrorism.
This man has put all of us in terror with his acts at Waco and Ruby Ridge, to say
nothing of the IRS which are under Treasury, which is part of the executive
branch.
Another we will probably add is Crimes Against Humanity, a cause
of action which requires "standing" that not even a criminal prosecutor,
or a Title 28, Section 372 prosecutor has, but needs instead a special
tribunal of the Sovereign People. That means you and me.

Think of some good attornies we can approach to carry the ball,
keep in touch, and start raising some cash to pay these guys. Thanks again.

The court is not going to throw this out when they
see the blizzard of paper coming in.

Dear clinton lawsuit folks,
Some of you got a copy of the lawsuit with number (5) included: "We
add..." about Ruby Ridge. That should not be on the suit. Delete it.
We filed it that way in court, in error, but will amend the filing--unless
we want to nail George Bush, Sr, also, while we are at it! But we'll
save our feelings about him for another time. So please delete number 5
if we sent you that one.
Most of you should have only 4 points. But we can amend the suit and
will do so in coming days. Some of you have also expressed an interest
in filing in your own states. That certainly is possible, just costly
($150 to file at least in NH, and it is good to have a blizzard of class
action joinder coming into one court house. Impresses the judges more
than almost anything.
Thanks, and please forgive me for the error in transmission. You should
have time to make the deletion before mailing. But it really is not a
problem, since amendments can always be made. Thanks again. Please let
me know if there is any problem.

A Writ of Complaint by a Class Action

Now comes the people of the United States in a Class Action, and make the following
Complaint against fellow citizen William Jefferson Clinton, formerly governor of
Arkansas, former president of the United States, his wife Hillary Rodham Clinton, and
the former attorney general of the United States of America, Janet Reno, and others.
The charges we make are:

(1) that William Jefferson Clinton did as the head of his branch of government order
and/or approve, but did not avert, the execution of the wrongful deaths of some 90
persons groundlessly slaughtered, massacred, in Waco Texas in 1993, orders which
were carried out by then Attorney General Janet Reno, who was responsible to him,
and shares his guilt, and the guilt of all the agents of the senseless slaughter of
those innocent victims. Now that no government operations are any longer possibly
jeopardized by this action, immunity for their immoral, inhuman mass murder can no
longer be maintained;

(2) that William Jefferson Clinton with his wife Hillary, with other accomplices,
wrongfully deprived the United States taxpayers by reparations paid out through the
Resolution Trust Corporation, by robbing the Morgan Guarantee Bank of some $60
million dollars;

(3) that William Jefferson Clinton may be responsibly linked to the wrongful deaths by
unlawful execution of some 38 or more persons associated with him formerly in one
way or another in his ruthless climb to the presidency of the United States;

(4) that William Jefferson Clinton did violate his Constitutional oath of office in lying
before a grand jury (we do not charge him for following his genetic urges), and in
setting a vile moral example for all Americans of a liar at the head of the government
(even lying about his lying in his plea bargain with the Section 372 special
prosecutor), and in trying to legislate like a dictator by issuing a spate of executive
orders and government land grabs in his final days in office which are wholly
anti-constitutional and violative of the separation of powers.

Submitted by concerned American citizens. A jury trial is requested and is protected
from Summary Judgment by non-Statutory Abatement.
